QC & shipping, without surprises

Your two biggest levers on a happy order: reading QC photos properly, and choosing a shipping line that fits your budget and country.

What QC photos show

When your item reaches the warehouse, Joyagoo takes quality-check photos. Review them before shipping. Use this 30-second checklist:

  • Right item, colour, size tag — matches your order.
  • No obvious defects — stitching, glue, scuffs, print alignment.
  • All parts present — box, dust bag, spares.

What QC photos can't do

  • Prove authenticity — agents buy from third-party sellers.
  • Deeply test function — a power-on isn't a stress test.
  • Guarantee durability or hidden faults.
Extra QC

For detailed or expensive items, ask whether extra photos or angles are available before you approve shipping. It's far cheaper to catch a problem now than after the parcel flies.

Insurance & forwarding

Joyagoo advertises free shipping insurance. Before shipping valuables, learn the claim window and payout limit — these are set by Joyagoo and can change. If you bought an item yourself and only need the international leg, use forwarding mode instead of re-buying through the agent.

Choosing a shipping line

Joyagoo lists multiple providers (the homepage shows lines such as EMS, FedEx and DHL among others). Compare three things:

  • Speed vs price — express costs more; economy is slower.
  • Restrictions — batteries, liquids and perfume are often limited or banned.
  • Your country — some lines are cheaper or more reliable to specific regions.

Volumetric weight

Carriers charge on the greater of actual weight or volumetric (size-based) weight. A light-but-bulky puffer jacket can cost more than a heavy-but-compact item. Removing shoe boxes and bulky packaging (when safe) lowers volume.

Customs & taxes

Import duties are set by your country, not Joyagoo, and may apply on arrival based on declared value and local thresholds. Build a little buffer into your budget.
